The KBRH Health Foundation invites you to share a white heart to show your appreciation of the healthcare heroes at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital (KBRH) and associated facilities during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Using the form below, send us your words of gratitude for the doctors, nurses and all of our front line staff  working at KBRH, Kiro Wellness Centre, Poplar Ridge Pavilion and Columbia View Lodge.
