Nelson and District Credit Union has generously donated $2,500 to the Orthopedic Enhancement Project through their Community Investment Program during Light-Up the Hospitals! Pledge Day. Credit Union members in our region provided these funds in support of enhanced healthcare services for the Kootenay region. Tanya Tymchshyn, Financial Services Officer and Brian Poch, Manager of the Nelson & District Credit Union presented the donation to Lindy Welsby, KBRH Health Foundation Board Chair (left to right). This meaningful contribution helps bring better care closer to home.
