Salmo & District Healthcare Auxiliary Society has generously donated $5,000 towards the Orthopedic Enhancement Project to support Light-Up The Hospitals! and the KBRH Health Foundation’s month of giving which occur annually in December. This donation is made possible through sales at the Salmo Thrift Store and the hard work and dedication from their volunteers. The KBRH Health Foundation is grateful to the Salmo Auxiliary for supporting the regional Orthopedic Enhancement Project, which will improve orthopedic care in the Kootenay Boundary.
