The Daly Pavilion has received a new flameless, battery-powered cigarette lighter made possible by donations to the Mental Health Matters Campaign. Pictured here with Registered Psychiatric Nurse Cindy Belleperche, the equipment supports a safer, more controlled smoking area for patients, helping reduce fire risk while maintaining independence and dignity. Designed for healthcare settings, the lighter eliminates open flames, includes an automatic shut-off timer, and is secure, tamper-resistant, and weatherproof for outdoor use.
