Sasha Tyoschin, Director of The Big Effort Foundation presents this cheque of $5,000 to Lisa Pasin, KBRH Health Foundation Executive Director, which is being donated to the Boundary Hospital Oncology Department (right to left). The funds were raised this summer from the second annual Big Effort Swim, which is a 36km open-water endurance fundraising event held at Christina Lake in the Kootenay Boundary Region. The Swim event raised $26,000 for six different charities this year.
