Kootenay Savings, the Golf Classic Signature Sponsor, hosted their annual BBQ and Water Tower fundraiser on July 17 as a lead-up to the tournament. This lively event gave attendees the chance to dunk Board Members and staff from the KBRH Health Foundation or Kootenay Savings, or simply enjoy a burger—all by donation. Thanks to the community’s generosity, the fundraiser raised $850 for the Mental Health Matters Campaign. The donation was presented to Lisa Pasin, Executive Director of the KBRH Health Foundation (centre), by Kootenay Savings representatives Paul Butler, Branch Manager – Trail & Fruitvale, along with Lisa Babcock, Manager: Credit Administration & Commercial Adjudication, and Brent Jossy, Manager: Marketing & Brand Experience (Left to right). We deeply appreciate Kootenay Savings’ ongoing commitment, which plays a vital role in supporting the Mental Health Matters initiative and advancing healthcare in the Kootenay Boundary region.
