Small comforts can make a big difference during a hospital stay. KBRH now has a new sleeper chair to support partners staying with patients during labour and delivery, allowing them to rest comfortably while remaining close during such an important time. In addition, two sleeper chairs have been added for parents of pediatric patients, making it easier for families to stay together at the bedside overnight. These chairs help families remain present and supported without having to leave their loved ones during care. They provide a more comfortable place to rest, helping reduce stress during what can often be long and emotional hospital stays. Nathalie, RN (right), and a nursing student (left) are pictured here with the new equipment, which will be used across the maternity and pediatric units to support families staying close to their loved ones.
